The Bethel Township Trustees will meet for a PUBLIC HEARING on September 8th 2020 at 6:30p.m. for Zoning Case ZA 08-20 followed by the regular session on at 7:00p.m. Due to the COVID 19 order compliance, attendance of the meeting will be limited to 10 people (in addition to Trustees and staff) in the meeting room at one time.

The Bethel Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will meet in regular session on August 27, 2020 to hear the following case(s):

Case: V-10-20: A request from Colleen and Clifford Rodriguez, 8910 S Bellefontaine Rd., New Carlisle, OH 45344, for a variance allowing them to keep two small sheds and the existing barn while building an additional 540 square foot accessory building that will cause the parcel to exceed the two-building/2,000 square feet maximum by 177 square feet. Miami County parcel ID: A03-003600.

Case CU-02-20/V-11-20: A request from The Abbott Family Trust, 4285 S Scarff Rd, New Carlisle OH, 45344, for a conditional use on this parcel that will allow a second residence, and a variance that would allow for a residence less than 1,500 sf, that would be used for family only and not as a non-family rental or B&B, etc. The 12.218-acre parcel is zoned A-2. Case: ZA-08-20: A request from Larry Harris, 6714 E SR 571, Tipp City, OH 45371, to rezone one 3.58- acre parcel to R-1AAA, Single Family Residence, from a current 10.04-acre A-2 parcel, with the remaining 6.46-acre parcel to be rezoned to A-1, Domestic Agriculture. The property is identified as Miami County Parcel ID # A01-067500
