Property Maintenance in Bethel Township

Bethel Township does not have a property maintenance code. However, the zoning resolution, as well as Trustee passed Resolutions, does give the township various ways of dealing with problems associated with property maintenance. The zoning resolution gives the Zoning Enforcement Officer the ability to enforce outside storage limitations, home based businesses, and junk storage to name a few.

The Township Trustees have passed Resolutions concerning junk vehicle and tall grass abatement.
